Align Magazine

Align Magazine is a Fashion, Arts, and Culture magazine affiliated with the University of Oregon. I joined the Align Team in the Fall of 2023 as a freelance blogger. In the Spring of 2024, I joined the executive team of the publication as a Co-Executive Blog Editor. Since then, I have also written pieces for the print issues. Through Align, I have gained experience in editing, leadership, collaboration, print and digital writing, and issue arranging.

Executive Blog Editor

I officially took on the role of Co-Executive Blog Editor in the Fall of 2024. My duties include co-leading a team of up to twenty bloggers, organizing and facilitating pitch meetings, editing 1-3 blogs per week, and uploading blogs onto Align’s official website. Through this role I have gained a lot of experience in leadership, editing, website design, and collaboration.
